Uchi is about food.

Uchi is an Austin restaurant serving modern Japanese fare in a variety of ways.  Our permanent menu is a combination of raw and cooked items, including sushi and sashimi; and a variety of small hot and cold dishes called “tastings." 

All of our food at Uchi is meant to be shared family style to maintain the freshness of each individual dish and to consistently having something new to try throughout your entire dining experience. On our daily menu, we take full advantage of a Japanese aesthetic, we procure fresh, seasonal ingredients from all over the globe and apply new and traditional preparation techniques to create unique and vibrant food that changes every day.
