Uchi - “Superlatives don’t do justice” to the “amazing fusion of flavors” featured in the “inventive” Japanese cuisine at this “mecca for foodies” in Zilker, an “oasis of culinary fun and adventure” that’s “outstanding in every way” thanks to the “creative genius” of “soon-to-be celebrity chef Tyson Cole”, whose “always fresh” dishes “trule are art”, as well as a “sumptuous”, “chic” interior that’s a “nice mix of formal and casual”; yes, it’s “expensive, but it’s really worth” it for such a “world-class sushi experience.”
